Product that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be customer’s responsibility as we encourage to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms.
Artelore Living cannot guarantee that the colors you see on www.arteloreliving.com accurately portrays the true color of the product. Computer, phone, tablet and TV screens are not all calibrated the same and color tones on the Internet can be drastically different than what you would see in person or under different lighting conditions. Every monitor or mobile display also has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image’s color.
In case there are any manufacturing defects in the products shipped, the customer needs to notify us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the goods and we will replace the item for another piece of the same item.
Most of our furniture is customized as per your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. WE DO NOT HAVE A RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY.

There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
