Since many of our pieces are made to order and may require special handling due to their size, weight, or delicate craftsmanship, our shipping and delivery timelines are designed to ensure that your order reaches you safely and securely.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping. At this point, Artelore Living ships only within India.
However, we are working towards making our products available internationally in the future and hope to bring this service to you soon.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
For Cash on Delivery orders, a nominal handling fee may be added at the time of checkout. This fee will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
At Artelore Living, most of our products are thoughtfully made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. This allows us to maintain exceptional quality, finish, and attention to detail in every piece.
Since many of our products are large in size and may not always be available in ready stock, orders are usually dispatched within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery generally takes an additional 3 to 5 working days, depending on your delivery location and the courier partner’s serviceability.
After dispatch, you will receive an email notification containing the courier partner’s details and tracking information, so you can monitor your shipment online.
Customers will also be provided with an estimated delivery date along with the tracking details. Please note that this timeline is an approximation provided by the shipping carrier. While we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, Artelore Living shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, courier partners, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?
Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on the size, weight, availability, packaging requirements, and safety of the products ordered.
This is done to ensure that every item reaches you in the best possible condition.
Can I return a product if I do not like it?
We follow a strict No Returns Policy.
Since our products are often made to order and crafted with specific care for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, size perception, color variation due to screen display, or if the product does not match your expectation after delivery.
Return or exchange is only applicable if the product delivered to you is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure that your products reach you safely. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please raise a Replacement or Exchange Request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

While contacting us, please mention your Order ID and share clear images or videos of the damaged or incorrect product, along with the packaging, so that our team can review your request quickly.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange as applicable.
In rare cases where a replacement is not possible from our end, we may offer a return with a full refund.
Please note that for any exchange or return request, the product must be unused and the original packaging must be intact. We will not be able to accept the request if the original packaging material, protective covering, labels, or any required packing component is missing.
When will my refund or exchange be processed?
Once the return or exchange request is approved by our team, your refund or replacement will be processed as per the applicable policy.
For approved refunds, the refundable amount will be credited directly to your bank account.
How long will it take to process my return or replacement?
It usually takes 20 to 25 working days for you to receive a replacement product or refund after the return or exchange request has been approved.
